IBU Roller Cup in Nove Mesto, Czech:
We drove from our training camp in Ramsau over to Nove Mesto. It was the teams first race, our results were both good and not so good. Agnieszka had the best results from the Polish Team and skied in to 1st place in the Sprint and 3rd in the Pursuit. Tomasz had a pretty good day on Sunday’s pursuit and skied up from 26th to 17th after 3 penalty laps. The Team had about 40 hours of training the last 12 days prior to the races so there were some heavy legs but it was a great competition and it gives the athletes some feedback that only hard racing can give. We are now back in Ramsau for the last week of this camp.

We finished off this week of training with a longer ride. One group rode mountain bikes on one of the very nice marked loops around the Ramsau-Mandling-Schladming area while the other group rode on the pavement. We had a fantastic weather for the 4-5 hour ride.

Summer is back in Ramsau! We can finally enjoy the warm sunny weather while focusing on a high volume training. We are having a good mix of skating, classic, running and riding. A couple of days more and we will have our first day off on Monday.

Arrival in Ramsau, Austria for a 3 week training camp. It is a bit damp here hopefully it will dry up and warm up soon.

We have had a great training camp in Obertilliach the last 16 days. Obertilliach is at about 1450m elevation and it has amazing training possibilites. All of our skating combo’s have been done at the stadium which has a 30 target range and several different paved rollerski loops. The focus on this camp has been high volume, lots of technique work and some zone 3 combo’s. We have been doing about 25 hours of training per week with skate and classic rollersking, run/skiwalk and cycling. The team will now travel back to Poland for a week back home before we start the next 3 weeks camp in Ramsau in Austria

Enevoldsen Sports heads to Europe for the 10/11 season.

Jon Arne Enevoldsen is the head coach for the Polish National Biathlon team. The first training camp has begun and is being held in Obertilliach, Austria.
