Over the week-end Jon Arne had a group of skiers out at Moraine Lake Road for a Classic Technique and Video Session this past Saturday. The forecast was for frigid conditions. We were all well dressed and we were lucky to have sun so it was not too bad. We covered striding, kick double pole and double poling. There was a large emphasis on striding. The skiers had a great time and seemed to benefit greatly from the video feedback session. They were happy about being able to have a copy of their video footage.
