Expertise and guidance for the athlete in endurance sports in the following areas:

1. Physiologic testing: Trained and experienced in individual testing, interpretation, and recommendations for the athlete based on present and past test results.
2. Training Program development and modification of pre-existing programs: Modification and/or development de-novo of an athlete’s training regimen independent but also in conjunction with periodic physiological testing to monitor progress (commonly a necessity to maximize performance). Consultation and periodic review of an athlete’s training program is an integral part of an athlete’s progression in endurance sports.
3. Technical expertise: Expertise in training models, and necessary skill sets as building blocks to achieving peak sport performance in the following sports; Nordic skiing, triathlon, distance running, cycling and mountain biking.
4. Race Strategy Models: Education and training to develop improved race strategies. The goal is to maximize race performance.
Educational foundation and study is from the Norwegian Olympic Committee and Confederation of Sports. Experience in coaching internationally in North America and Europe has allowed for me to fine tune the training models to the athletes individual needs.
